Richard Bowden At Madison Square Garden
"I'm here at Madison Square Garden, which is actually more round than
square -- oval, to say the least --
setting up for a benefit for the late Timothy White of Billboard Magazine, who
died recently of a heart attack at age 50. It was a star-studded
performance by some of Timothy's friends including, Don Henley,
Sting, Jimmy
Buffett, Sheryl Crow, Brian Wilson, Roger Waters & John Mellencamp. I
cordially accepted an invitation to sing on a special Irish/American folk hymn
with James Taylor, Henley, and Timothy B. Schmit."

"It's not often that one gets to sing with one of their heroes,
and it was quite a special honor for me to grace the stage with James Taylor.
It's always an honor to do stuff with my old friends Don and Timothy."

"In the photo below, you'll notice Schmit's and
Henley's hands are extended, as if to be feeling around for their stomachs.
I, on the other hand (being acutely aware of the position of my stomach),
have my hand feeling around for something else."
